Description

"Skowhegan Public Library shows up on Elm Street, just beyond the Coburn, and beyond the library may be seen the Parlin homestead, later owned by the American Woolen Company. Note crew on Somerset Traction Line, which indicates the picture must have been taken subsequent to 1896.
