Description
Mrs. Martha E. Libby was a longtime resident of the Town of Brunswick. She sang soprano in the Choir of the First Parish Congregational Church and the Cumberland Street Baptist Church.
Mrs. Libby was born in Brunswick on June 29, 1843, being the last of the children of John and Ann Marie Brown. She was the widow of the late A. J. Libby. Mrs. Libby died at the home of her niece, Mrs. Arthur Chandler, in West Sumner, on April 21, 1923.
