Description
On March 10, 1806 Jeremiah Hill Esq. paid $50.00 to be the "owner and proprietor" of pew no. 34 at the meeting house of the second religious society in Biddeford. Church members paid for the use of a pew for a year. The payment receipt was created on August 8, 1807.
On June 12, 1810 Hill sold his pew to James Murch and Isaac Clifford for $60.00.
