Description

Pike’s Wharf in the foreground, which was destroyed by the “Groundhog Day Storm” in 1976. Behind the wharf is the Peacock Canning Company. Note the water tank visible above the tree line on the distant left side. Photograph taken from the then-new Lubec-Campobello Roosevelt Memorial bridge.
