Description

The divided back postcard shows a futuristic vision of Kennebunkport as envisioned circa 1909.

Trolley tracks are visible going through Dock Square. Superimposed over the image are a sky tram bound for Boston, a dirigible imprinted with "Cape Porpoise, a subway entrance for New York, a hot air balloon, a touring vehicle, a trolley bound for Gooch's Beach (Kennebunk), and a pneumatic parcel tube.
