The Fairbanks School, Farmington, ca. 1885

Contributed by Farmington Historical Society

Description

The village of Fairbanks in Farmington once had a school that was nicknamed "The White School." This is a photo of a school from the same time period that was donated to The Farmington Historical Society. There is no writing on the photo and it is not a photo of any of the other identifiable schools in the Farmington area. Therefore it is possible that this is a photograph of The Fairbanks School.
