Description
This wooden napkin ring was produced for the Seaside House, in Ryder's Cove. It is made of wood, has an image of the Seaside House printed on one side and is varnished.
Printed on napkin ring, "Seaside House, Islesboro, Me."
The hotel, originally called the Islesborough Inn, was the first summer resort hotel built on Islesboro, in 1868. The hotel later expanded and went through a series of name changes, including Johnson's-by-the-Sea. It was demolished around 1950.
