Paulinus M. Foster, Anson, 1850

Description

Paulinus Mayhew Foster (1811-1861), a native of Readfield, practiced law for 25 years in Anson, moving to Richmond in 1860.

He was elected to the State Senate in 1848 and 1849, serving as president of that body in 1850.
