Description

A man carries a sandwich board that reads, "This store unfair to Hitler. They Sell War Stamps and Bonds." He probably is advertising the war bonds for the store.

He is in front of the A.H. Benoit clothing store on Middle Street in Portland, which had large displays of War Stamp and Bond posters and other materials in the windows.
