Description
Tobacco cutters were used in stores to cut slabs of pressed tobacco into sections to be either chewed or smoked. This "Champion Knife" tobacco cutter, made by Enterprise Manufacturing Company of Philadelphia, was used in Alfred Chamber's store in Haynesville in the 1880's.
