Description

Good Will Home's orphan boys drilling practice under the direction of teacher Ray Tobey in front of the Quincy Building, which is now the L.C. Bates Museum.

The back of the photograph identifies the group as "Tobey's Army."

George Walter Hinckley founded Good Will Home, now Good Will-Hinckley Homes for Boys and Girls, in 1889 in Fairfield.
