Studio portrait of Good Will Home's Manager and teacher, Ernest Ham, with Good Will Boys in 1890.

Good Will Home, now Good Will-Hinckley Homes for Boys and Girls, was founded in Fairfield in 1889 by George Walter Hinckley.

Boys include: l to r front of Ham- Warren Parker, Everett Robinson, and Mason Parker. Danny Harrington stands in front of Ham and Joseph Jordan stands to the back and right of Ham. Walter Tobey is seated in front. Next to last in the back is Fred Clapp with Walter Reeves in front of him. Far right is Harry Ricker.
