Trexler Power Seed Potato Cutter, ca. 1950

The Trexler Power Seed Potato Cutter was one of the first mechanized seed potato cutting systems that worked faster than simple hand cutting. While efficient, one had to be careful not to catch one's hand in the slicing mechanism.
