Description
Manuscript map #46 showing land owned by John Patten in Topsham, ca. 1760 created for the Proprietors of the Township of Brunswick. Patten was heavily invested in the Pejepscot Proprietors and was empowered to act on behalf of the company to "warn off all Persons who are Settled on the Lotts now divided & else where the Township of Topsham not having a Legall Right thereto."
