Description
Letter to Arthur R. Rogers describing how author's grandmother's sister went on the Jaffa Colony expedition. In 1866, George J. Adams led a group of Americans to start a religious community in Palestine to witness the second coming of the Messiah. Most of the followers were from Jonesport, Maine.
