Architecture commission for H. W. Ricker at an unknown address in Poland Spring, Poland, ME, 1927–1929. The commission is associated with John Calvin Stevens and John Howard Stevens Architects. This item is part of the Stevens Architects drawings and records collection.
This house was probably owned by Hiram Weston Ricker (1857-1930), the son of Hiram Ricker who turned his father's country inn in Poland Spring into a popular late 19th century resort.
