The Lodge was purchased by Farmington State Normal School in 1921 and served as a dormitory for women in the Home Economics program.
As enrollment grew, it was repurposed to house men in 1933. Once the Kappa fraternity house opened in 1937, The Lodge briefly reverted back to a dormitory for senior women before closing in 1939.
