Minerva atop the Statehouse, Augusta, 1981

Description

Minerva, the Roman goddess of wisom and war, stands atop the Statehouse in Augusta. It was donated to the City of Augusta by Frank Noble of Gardiner and erected on the Statehouse in 1910.
