Description

A map depicting planned lots in Fairfield, around a bog near the Kennebec and Sebasticook Rivers, as surveyed by John North. There are some marginal notes concerning landmarks and brooks in the area around the bog, one note of which mentions a "Hemlock Swomp". On the bottom half of the map is written some details about the area, "Ten Lots, Numbered from 1. to 10," and the brooks which run year-round.
