Description

This map of the city of Portland features many historic buildings that were later lost in the Great Fire of 1866 including the Abyssinian Meeting House less than a decade after its creation.

Full title: "A Map of the City of Portland with its Latest Improvements including a view of the principal buildings engraved and published by John Cullum, Portland."
