Because of Maine's diverse wildlife ecology, the state has incorporated businesses that promote the interaction between domesticated wildlife to show the residents of the state how these animals live and function. Today, there a parks such as York's Wild Kingdom and the Maine Wildlife Park that promote these interactions.
