Beal, Mayor; on Beal’s left (front row) Charles Cameron; on Cameron’s left – Gen. Joseph Smith; in back over Boutelle’s hat – Frederick Parkhurst; in back on Parkhurst’s right – William H. Earle; front row stout man with badge on coat– Joseph Taney; back row tall man in front of closed window – Henry Thompson.
