Description

The National Intelligencer out of Washington, DC, reported that General Miller, attended the surrender of Moose, Dudley, and Frederick Islands which took place on June 30, 1818.

The British troops evacuated and left for St. Andrews, and the authority of the Untied States and Massachusetts was "once more established".
