Description

Portraits of farm life and animals are a frequent subject of Maine photographer Chasonetta Stanley Emmons. Emmons traveled throughout New England documenting rural life. The title, "Prize Sheep" was assigned by the photographer, who often shared her work through traveling slide show lectures.
