Description
Chansonetta Stanley Emmons traveled during the summer months in the Kingfield-New Portland area, as well as throughout northern New England, photographing rural life. The title, "Starting for the Cattle Show" was assigned by the photographer, who often shared her work through traveling slide show presentations.
