Ste. Agathe Catholic Church burning, St Agatha, 1940

Description

Fire destroyed Ste. Agathe Catholic Church on August 13, 1940. The fire started in the home of Joseph and Adel Bouchard next door to the church when a gasoline stove exploded. The fire spread to the church and several area fire departments were called to the scene.
