Ball Park is the tax record for a grandstand located at Depot Street, Bridgton which was owned by the Town of Bridgton at the date of this survey, around 1938. The address given is the address at the time of the survey, and has probably changed since then. The card also references a deed dated 1938; this is not the date of the photograph.
