Working in the mill provided many benefits, ranging from pay and union membership to sporting teams and personal bonds created between employees.
Perks, unions, profit sharing programs, and other such benefits were not consistent throughout the company's history; they varied with different ownership and management.
This exhibit focuses on the benefits the employees of Eastern Fine Paper received from working at the mill. Not only does this exhibit use images to outline such benefits, it also uses oral history sound clips of former employees who describe their experiences.
