MCHP Project Planning – This handout, based on MHS Assistant Director Steve Bromage’s talk on project planning at the 2009 Orientation, lays out the categories of planning into components, activities, interests/goals of team members, and logistics.
Work Plan Worksheet and Sample - This series of tables, organized by project component, will help your team detail its project workplan. The sample charts the plan for an imaginary team to divide up the work.
