Description

The handtub fire engine Triumphy is shown here in front of the first Town Hall of Berwick. Once the present Town Hall was built, in 1938, the first Town Hall was used mainly as a school house for grades 3 and 4.

Built in 1848, Triumph it participated in many annual Fireman's Muster competitions along with the Berwick Veteran Firemen's Association and the Maccabees Drum Corps.
