Description

First aid educational exhibit, 1950s, that appeared on the wall of the lodge at Camp Winnebago.

The title on the exhibit board is "C.W. Trip First Aid Kits." Items on the board include Band-Aids, Vaseline, adhesive tape, cotton swabs, gauze, safety pins, a cotton Ace bandage, bottle of citronella oil (prevention of mosquito bites), bottle of water 28 percent (for hornet and other insect bites), bottle of calamine lotion, 0.1 percent phenol (for sunburn, hives and poison ivy), and bottle of tincture/green soap (exposure to poison ivy).
