Description
Francis Joseph Neptune, a chief of the Passamaquoddy Indians, drew two maps of the area near Cobscook Bay and Machias in 1798.
Robert Pagan collected the maps when the British and Americans were trying to resolve the Northeast boundary between the U.S. and Canada.
