The Cumberland Overseers of the Poor later in 1830 bound out for indenture two of Richard Webber's children, David and Isaac. The receipt is signed by William Buxton, one of the Cumberland Overseers of the Poor. A notation on the back of the document indicates a payment was made to Judah Chandler on February 19, 1830.
