Description
An image of a young local girl dressed in a mermaid costume off set for Queen of the Sea. Directed by John G. Adolfi, the film Queen of the Sea was filmed on the coast of Mount Desert in the Summer of 1918 and featured actress Annette Kellerman. Today the film is believed to be lost.
