Spurrs Corner School, Otisfield, ca. 1950

Contributed by Otisfield Historical Society

Photo of school at original location in Spurrs Corner, opposite church, probably taken on the day it was moved to East Otisfield to become one wing of the Otisfield Central School. This is the second school in Spurrs Corner. It was built in the 1920s to replace the original brick school built about 1839.
