This image shows the first office of the Centre d'Héritage when it was located in the Intown Manor in Lewiston, at 84 Ash Street. The Intown Manor building had formerly been the Healey Asylum, an orphanage and boarding house for needy children.
The Centre would later move to 133 Lisbon Street, then to the University of Maine Center in Auburn in 1983 and finally to USM's Lewiston-Auburn College in 1989, where as of 2012 it is still located.
