This is the program for the Seventh Annual Prize Speaking Contest between Rumford, Mexico and Dixfield High Schools being held at the Tuscan Opera House in Dixfield on Friday Evening, Feb. 16, 1917. Fifteen pieces of literature were presented and entertainment was provided.
