Amy Stevens, a former graduate student from the University of Maine, interviews Dola Hinckley who worked for Eastern Fine Paper from 1974 until it closed in 2004, about her experiences working for the company. Dola worked on the floor with men and she speaks of how her male coworkers treated her.
