Description
The caption reads, "St. Andre's Church and rectory, Biddeford, Maine." St. Andre's Roman Catholic Church was dedicated in 1910, serving primarily the French-Canadian population of Biddeford. Many French-Canadians came to Maine to work in textile mills and other factories.
The Tichnor Brothers printing company published this type of postcard circa 1930-1945.
