Description

This picture of a house owned by Emma Coulter widow of Charles Coulter a farmer in Surry village. A stately elm tree shades the home. In the 1930's a Mr. Harry Woods and his wife Sarah were known to have lived next door. Two houses away from the Coulters' residence was a church.
