This image is looking along Free Street from Congress Square after the ice storm of 1886.

On the back of this photograph is written, "Looking down Free Street from Congress Square, Free Street Baptist Church in background, Women's Christian Temperance Union, Mathew Cobb House--corner of High and Congress Street."
