Flood, Lovell, 1953

Contributed by Lovell Historical Society

A spring flood washed out the bridge over Kezar River in Lovell Village on March 27, 1953. It took the Saw Mill down stream. The mill at that time was owned and operated by Ernest C. Gerry. The mill was rebuilt on the high ground on the opposite side of the river.
