The certificate of marriage certifies that Roswell Prescott of Saco and Jossette Tinker of Nashua, New Hampshire, married on July 4, 1870 in Lowell, Massachusetts.
Prescott was a Civil War veteran, having served in 1862-1863 in the 27th Maine.
