Description

A ribbon from the Julian Rebekah Lodge No. 12 of the Independent Order of Oddfellows in Fryeburg Center features crossed American flags as well as a beehive and bees at the top and a dove carrying an olive branch in a center medallion.

The IOOF is a fraternal organization that began in England and came to the U.S. in 1819 as an altruistic and mutual benefit society. The Daughters of Rebekah are the women's division.
