Description
St. Matthews Episcopal Church in Hallowell surrounded by the ice-covered branches of nearby trees. Many of the branches are broken or about to break. The January ice storm of 1998 created a weather disaster in Maine and crews from across the country assisted in repairing electrical lines and cleaning up the broken branches.
