Description
A photo taken for a postcard by the Eastern Illustrating Co. in about 1910 shows the village of Mars Hill.
The image was taken from the "new school," probably Aroostook Central Institute, which was built of wood in 1907. It burned in 1918. It was then replaced by a brick building.
