Description

Wormell sisters of Lubec, daughters of Ebeneezer Wormell, who was the West Quoddy Head Light Keeper during the 1840s,-50s.

Front row, Almeda J. (Wormell) Case, Eliza Ann Wormell Marston, Clarinda Wormell McLaughton. There was another sister, Selinda J. Wormell who died in 1862. She was the first wife of Loring Leavitt who later married Wealthy Ellen after Selinda’s death. He was probably the Loring Leavitt listed as West Quoddy Head Light Keeper 1861-67.
