Steamroller in Sanford Square, 1910

Description

Owned by the Sanford Mills, this steam roller is standing on Main Street in front of Frank Broggi's fruit and grocery store. Wadsworth's Home Bakery can also be seen, on the left. As of 2013, the Sanford Trust Company building now occupies the site of these two stores. The man in this photograph is George Hiram Shepard.
