A picture of a potato harvesting scene using potato pickers, digger and barrels. Youths, usually ages 11 to 16, were engaged in picking potatoes behind the digger.
Farmer Myron Gartley is driving the tractor with the digger behind. Workers on the truck at right are loading full barrels of potatoes onto the truck. Driving the truck is farmer's wife, Pauline Gartley.
