Description

Walter Mansur is holding a rifle and a partridge at the Old Dam on Cooks Brook.

Walter Mansur was President of the First National Bank of Houlton, President of the Houlton Water Company, Chief Engineer of the Houlton Fire Department and first President of the Houlton Fish and Game Association.

(Edward) E. B. White, a Houton merchant and founding member of the Houlton Fish and Game Association, took the photograph.
